I am very comfortable working with you and your staff, and excited that this system will enable our office to grow in the years to come. I wanted to tell you that Tyler is a joy to work with. He knew we may have issues Monday night, because the install took so long, he and I were very tired while trying to configure everything. Nonetheless, he gave me his cell phone number, and was on the phone helping me at 7:00 AM the next day, and yesterday evening, when the after-hours pickup was not correct, he fixed it at 8:30 PM. This is great support. I'll look forward to working with you guys for future technology upgrades as well, in spite of the difficulties we ran in to. I am quite serious about starting to look at a full-scale upgrade of our computer systems perhaps next December.

I just wanted to let you all know that the SQL database backup I ran last night was completed in 5 minutes, as compared to the 90+ minutes it took to run the same backup two weeks ago.

I think this, along with a lot of other more subjective observations by users of noticeable speed increases, is pretty conclusive proof that the changes you made had a big effect on system performance.

I know that all too often, complaints are what you receive from customers. Personally, I am very picky and will let vendors know right away if I am displeased and compliments from me are only delivered when my high expectations are met. I just wanted to you let you know that I am very pleased with your service and product and you have great people on your staff.

I’ve worked with several different IT groups over the years and have noticed there is certainly a difference between the capabilities and talent within them. I’m impressed with Uncommon Solutions and look forward to continuing a long relationship.

I know you've heard it before and will undoubtedly hear it again, but it can't be said often enough: KYLE IS THE BEST! Just another day for Kyle - an unsung hero....making a difference. Kyle always goes the extra mile for Clarion.

I do want to tell you that this is a very good tool and you all have done a very good job on it. The feedback from the field (our users AND subs) is very positive. In any system implementation you inevitably find the glitches once you really start using it. John you personally have done a great job of helping us figure out how to handle a very complex situation.

I just want you all to know that the reason we moved ahead with the network project and the reason we will be signing a maintenance contract with Uncommon Solutions…we were all very impressed with your initial work. We know we can depend on someone with this level of skill and ability to take care of our network.

I wanted to make sure that Steve’s outstanding work at Valor went recognized. As you are aware, we had another consultant as the lead on our Exchange 2007 project. While that consultant did a good job installing the software, it was really Steve who stepped in and made the project a huge success.

Joel - I could kiss you, but it might make my wife jealous. And Steve is the consummate (and responsive) professional. Thank you for having the right resources available at the right time on such a regular basis.

If I haven’t mentioned it lately…I really like working with Jason. Not only does he seem to get what I’m saying, but he took the initiative to recommend a great report idea I just LOVE!

I just wanted to let you know what an outstanding job Danny has been doing for us. His support and knowledge of the phone system is superb. Also, I have worked with a lot of vendors, and the work ethic that Danny puts forth is amazing. I wish that our other vendors were as committed to excellence as Uncommon Solutions.

I work at Project C.U.R.E., and I just want you to know how much I appreciate Danny. He is always a great help and just flat out enjoyable. But today, Danny is my HERO.
