I am very comfortable working with you and your staff, and excited that this system will enable our office to grow in the years to come. I wanted to tell you that Tyler is a joy to work with. He knew we may have issues Monday night, because the install took so long, he and I were very tired while trying to configure everything. Nonetheless, he gave me his cell phone number, and was on the phone helping me at 7:00 AM the next day, and yesterday evening, when the after-hours pickup was not correct, he fixed it at 8:30 PM. This is great support. I'll look forward to working with you guys for future technology upgrades as well, in spite of the difficulties we ran in to. I just wanted to let you all know that the SQL database backup I ran last night was completed in 5 minutes, as compared to the 90+ minutes it took to run the same backup two weeks ago.
